To make a refund the cancellation of course(s) is required to be made within 48 hours of purchasing the course .
We may issue refunds on the condition that:
If extenuating circumstance are meaning a lesson needs to be cancelled at short notice ,this refunds can be made at the instructor’s discretion, but there is no obligation on the instructor to do so.
Please contact your instructor in the first instance if you would like to be refunded.
If you do not receive a response, please email [email protected] with the following information within 48 hours of the course being booked:
- Name of the Course
- Reason for requested refund
- Name of your Tutor
We may issue refunds on the condition that:
- you requested a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the course;
- you have no unconfirmed courses with a tutor for courses with whom you’re requesting a refund; and
- your payment was made less than 48 hours ago
For all unconfirmed courses, the refund option will be available for your payment only for 48 (forty-eight) hours from the day your payment was made. Love the Geek is not responsible for any payment system fees and will not cover them when initiating a refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds are made at our sole discretion at any time.
In case you forgot to claim your refund during the stated period, you can still use these funds and buy the appropriate amount of course with any other tutor.
In case you chose a refund option, the speed and availability of refunded funds on your bank account will depend solely on the terms and policies of your bank regarding the speed of transactions.
Your refund may be issued only once. If you buy another course(s) at a later time, it will not be subject to the same refund request.
No refund will be issued in case the user has lost and/or forgot his/her login credentials (username and passwords), which has resulted in the loss of data, temporary loss of access to the user’s account, or any other inconveniences for the user.
No refund will be issued in case the user has lost connection due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset, or updates.
Course Refund Procedure
You are required to send your refund request to [email protected].
The refund decision shall be made up to 30 calendar days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion only.
Any return claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Love the Geek partner facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Love the Geek’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed –Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). If you haven’t registered an account on lovethegeek.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Hygiene – Love the Geek does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for EU consumers:According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Love the Geek reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
