Purchase Course

Here are the easy steps to follow for purchasing courses:

1. Go to our Courses page.

2. Add to cart the course you want.

3. Click your Shopping Cart. You can see there the courses you’ve added to your cart.

4. Click the Checkout button to place your order. Make sure to add your billing address, and form of payment method

5. Once the purchase is approved and completed you can now enjoy your course.

Refund a Course

We’re sorry you’ve decided to stop learning with Love the Geek. Other than a refund, we would remind you that the transfer of funds to another training course with the same tutor is always possible.

However, if you’d like to proceed with the refund, we may issue it upon your request on the condition that:

• you requested a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the course;
• you have no unconfirmed courses with a tutor for courses with whom you’re requesting a refund; and
• your payment was made less than 48 hours ago (check our Refund Policy for more information)

To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide us with the following info:

• Name of the Course
• Reason for a requested refund (not satisfied with the course, not satisfied with the tutor, or personal reasons).
• Name of your Tutor
